Located on the first floor of 107 Harley Street, our practice was founded by Dr Omid Sobhani to provide patient-focused dentistry of the highest caliber. Rather than relying on commercial advertising, our reputation has grown almost entirely through word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied patients, general dental practitioners, hospital consultants, corporate concierge services, and diplomatic embassies across London and internationally.

We bring together an accomplished multidisciplinary team of dentists, registered specialists (in Endodontics, Orthodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery), implantologists, cosmetic dentists, and caring dental nursing staff — allowing our patients to receive integrated care under one roof without being shuttled between multiple clinics.

Dr Omid Sobhani

Principal Dentist & Clinical Director

BDS (Birm 1995), MSc (Endo. Eastman UCL)

Dr Omid Sobhani graduated from Birmingham Dental School in 1995 with over 30 years of clinical experience. He began his career treating phobic patients under general anaesthesia and IV sedation. Following a full-time Master of Science in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL), he was appointed Lecturer in Conservative Dentistry at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital. He established multiple endodontic referral centres across London and Kent, performing over 1,000 complex root canal treatments annually before founding the Harley Street clinic in 2002.

Dr Sandra Garcia Martin

Cosmetic Dentist

BDS, MSc (Aesthetics NYU)

Graduated from Barcelona University in 2007. Dr Garcia Martin completed a Master’s in Periodontology and Dental Implants at New York University (NYU), followed by a Master’s in Aesthetic Dentistry at NYU under world-renowned pioneers Dr Larry Rosenthal and Dr Mike Apa. She specialises in modern aesthetic dentistry, minimally invasive porcelain veneers, and smile design for phobic patients, whilst regularly leading international dental charity missions.

Dr Michael Lessani

Dentist

With over 17 years of clinical experience since graduating from Bristol University, Dr Lessani holds prestigious postgraduate diplomas from three Royal Colleges of Surgeons (England, Ireland, and Glasgow). His clinical practice focuses on restorative dentistry, medically compromised patients, paediatric care, and gentle treatment for nervous and anxious individuals.

Dr Mahya Farmani

Specialist Endodontist

BDS (Bristol), MClinDent Endo (UCL), MRD (RCS Eng)

Dr Farmani graduated from the University of Bristol and completed three years of full-time specialist training in Endodontology at the Eastman Dental Institute (UCL). She is a GDC-registered Specialist in Endodontics and holds Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She is an active member of the British Endodontic Society (BES) accepting complex referrals for root canals, re-treatments, apical microsurgery, and dental trauma.

Dr Ameen Furat

A dual-qualified clinician holding a First-Class Master’s in Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Distinctions. Dr Furat combines pharmacological expertise with aesthetic restorative artistry, specialising in composite bonding, porcelain veneers, and smile makeovers harmonised with facial aesthetics. He routinely performs treatments under dental operating microscopes with four-handed nursing support.

Dr Noor Al-Mansouri

Specialist Orthodontist

A qualified dental surgeon since 2001, Dr Al-Mansouri completed a three-year specialist orthodontic residency at the Eastman Dental Hospital, earning a Master’s from UCL and Membership in Orthodontics (M'Orth) from RCS England. A Lecturer at the Royal College of Surgeons Faculty of Dentistry since 2011, she treats children and adults utilizing Invisalign, self-ligating brackets, and Carriere motion appliances.

Dr Ali Daftari

Dr Daftari holds degrees in Microbiology and Dental Medicine. He completed a 3-year specialist residency at Barts and The London in Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, earning an MClinDent and Advanced Diploma. An honorary clinical supervisor at Barts, he specialises in minimally invasive laser periodontal therapy, bone and soft tissue regeneration, and aesthetic gum contouring.

Dr Viraj Patel

Implantologist

BDS Hons (Cardiff), Cert Adv Implant (NYU), ICOI Diplomate

Dr Patel qualified with Honours in 2012 before undertaking maxillofacial and oral surgery hospital training. In 2020 he completed the 2-year Advanced Implant Dentistry Program at New York University (NYU). Awarded "Best Young Implant Dentist in the UK" in 2022, 2023, and 2024, he specialises in complex dental implantology, bone augmentation, and sinus floor elevation.

Dr Shahryar Beheshti

Specialist Oral Surgeon

BDS, MFDS RCS, FGDP, DipImpDent RCS, M.OralSurg RCS

GDC-registered Specialist in Oral Surgery holding Tricollegiate Membership in Oral Surgery and the Advanced Implant Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons England. Senior Specialty Dentist in Oral Surgery at Guy's Hospital, where he teaches surgery under local anaesthesia and IV sedation. Specialises in complex wisdom teeth removal (coronectomy) and CBCT-guided oral surgery.
